Guide To Strategically Plan Your Life better I know you are thinking… Oh dear? What else in God’s name am I gonna have to do? I just don’t know…. Perfect life, perfect healthcare… the list goes on… Lots of people (Sherri & Christina) tell me the same answer: “No.”  But honestly, it would be too boring. Well, then it wouldn’t be perfect, would it? Who are we? Where are we now? Where do we want to go? What do we want to accomplish? How do we get there? How do we measure our progress? Is our perception of perfect to perfect? As I write in my Lifestyle blog for...

How to Deal With a Backstabbing Friend

Things To Remember When Dealing With a Backstabbing Friend and How to Deal With a Backstabbing Friend Friend? No, she’s a backstabbing hypocrite. I thought you were my friend, but Ohmigod, there you go being the most dangerous demons in Hell, watch out! How to Deal With a Backstabbing Friend is easy. The backstabber is a coward; a non-confrontational person that loves to hate you and hates to love you. As this intelligent quote says, “Backstabbers are passive-aggressive. Confrontation to a backstabber is like sunlight to a vampire. So when they’re threatened, they lash out sneakily.” Learning How to Deal With a Backstabbing Friend is important because, the backstabber studies how you talk, dress, act, live . . . and tries to do the same. Of course, she fails at it miserably.  simply demonstrates that even trolls want to have impeccable taste..:) Her rejection, of course, shows HER lack of...

Networking

Networking and The art of “working the room” Most of us have heard the saying, “It’s not what you know, but who you know.” Networking is the new trend toward making connections. So in February or June….? After a particularly violent episode of  ”Watch Janet struggle to put on her True Religions” I decided it was time to perhaps lose the extra sumthin sumthin that I was passing off as smuggling Oreo’s under my sweater (“Nooo I’m not thick! I just ran out of grocery bags and used the stretchy waistband of my jeggings to help me carry things! I SWEAR!”).   I knew that if I just got a gym membership I would carry the card around in my Prada bag until six months later when I inevitably would throw it out in a cleaning binge. So I did some fancy math and decided if I cut out all the appetizers I’d been eating during happy hour while socializing and the mocha latte’s with whip cream on top and switch to sugar free red bull,I had been doing on the...

Call Me B-e-a-utiful!

Call me B-e-a-utiful! I want to show you what I do to get my groove on and stay Fab thoughout any season…. Because oddly, more than one person has ask what it’s like being me. OK, two people ask. I look a lot younger than I am (mostly from getting lots of sleep, religiously using sunscreen/staying inside, never drinking or smoking and just having good skin run in the family). Call me B-e-a-utiful! Unlike magazine editors (and even some bloggers) who recommend products that they likely got for free, I don’t have those same perks.  So, just like you, I pay for all of my own things.  I shop, I sample, I get obsessed, Call me B-e-a-utiful! However, I want to share.  So this Diva Recommends: “My Tips” a series about my current & eternal obsessions that I think are worth the money, so you should go out...
